Vegan, dairy free, gluten free chocolate pots.

For a treat that is safe for friends or family with allergies try this simple dessert. Made with the natural sweetness of dates.


1 can (400 ml) coconut milk 2 cups pitted dates 1/3 cup cocoa powder 1/3 cup chia seeds

Instructions: 1. In a blend or food processor, place coconut milk, dates and chia seeds. Blend until completely smooth. 2. Add cocoa powder and continue to mix until combined. 3. Place into 8 small ramekins to serve. Top with slivered almonds, raspberries or shredded coconut if desired.
